ISLAMABAD – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) oversees the issuance of the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), designed for citizens planning to work or reside abroad. The NICOP provides dual nationals with visa-free entry to Pakistan and can be obtained at any NADRA center in Pakistan or through consulates and online services abroad.
Countries are classified into Zone A, including Canada and other Western nations, and Zone B, covering Arab countries. As of November 2024, the NICOP fees for Zone A remain at $39 for standard processing, $57 for urgent, and $75 for executive. For those in Zone B, the fees are $20 for standard, $30 for urgent, and $40 for executive. Applications are accepted online or via NADRA’s mobile app for added convenience.
