Soham double murderer Ian Huntley has been rushed to hospital after sustaining severe head injuries during a violent assault inside HMP Frankland, a Category A high-security prison located in County Durham.
The 52-year-old inmate, who is serving a life sentence for the brutal killing of two schoolgirls in 2002, was reportedly attacked by another prisoner during a workshop session inside the jail on Thursday morning.
