Jabbar, 42, a US citizen from Texas, reportedly drove an electric vehicle from Houston to Louisiana to carry out the deadly New Orleans rampage. Investigators believe he used an Airbnb property in St. Roch, a neighborhood close to the French Quarter, as a base of operations.

Exclusive photographs obtained by DailyMail.com show FBI agents removing bomb-making materials from the two-bedroom property in New Orleans. The operation included transporting a total containment vessel from the scene, underscoring the severity of the situation. Local residents and tourists in New Orleans were evacuated from the area, with authorities sealing off a three-street radius.

The rental property, which had recently been renovated by a developer, was part of a neighborhood largely comprised of short-term tourist rentals. Officials believe Jabbar rented the property through Airbnb or a similar platform before executing his deadly New Orleans attack.

The vehicle Jabbar used in the New Orleans incident was rented via Turo and reportedly carried an ISIS flag and a chest containing explosives. Jabbar, who was fatally shot by police after the attack, is believed to have recorded videos during his drive from Texas to Louisiana. These recordings, currently under review, provide further insight into his movements leading up to the tragic events in New Orleans.

Federal agencies, including the FBI, ATF, and Homeland Security, are collaborating to investigate the New Orleans attack thoroughly. Officials have confirmed the presence of bomb-making materials at the rental property and continue to assess the broader implications of this New Orleans tragedy.
