Former Army Chief Gen (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa responded to allegations made by Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, rejecting her claims about receiving calls regarding Imran Khan’s visit to Saudi Arabia. Bajwa stated in an interview that he did not receive any such calls, as described by Bushra Bibi in her recent video message.
Bushra Bibi had accused Bajwa of being informed that Imran Khan was “not acceptable” to certain individuals following their visit to Madinah, which led to her character assassination and Imran being labeled a “Jewish agent.”
The response came as PTI prepares for a protest on November 24, while Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi warned that no protests would be allowed due to a scheduled state visit by Belarus’ president. Naqvi also denied reports of talks between the government and Imran Khan regarding the protest.
